A TENANT has taken fast action towards a neighbor who took their assigned parking area – and their viewers liked each second.

Baked Canadian (@canadianbakin42o) found a stranger's Ford Mustang parked in his assigned spot in the condominium complicated he lives in.
Within the video, he stated that he'd requested his neighbors whose automotive it was so he might have them move it, though no one knew anything.
"Nobody within the condominium is claiming this is their automotive," he had a voiceover learn.
"This is my spot."
Before retreating into his apartment, he filmed the signal over the parking zone stating that any car parked within the lot that didn't belong to a tenant was subject to towing at all times.
"Tenant Parking 24/7," the sign read.
"Unauthorized automobiles shall be ticketed and towed on the car owner's expense and danger."
From the window of his condo, he filmed the Mustang being carried away from the again of a tow truck.
The preferred comment on the video was from the tow truck driver, who stumbled across the publish.
