COPS have launched a murder probe after a woman died at house.
The 10-year-old youngster was tragically discovered with accidents at an handle in Rowley Regis, West Midlands, on Monday.
Officers raced to Robin Close around 12.10pm where the teenager was pronounced lifeless on the scene.
Her explanation for demise is just not yet recognized.
A 33-year-old lady has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
West Midlands Police stated the suspect is understood to the woman.
A cordon has been put in place whereas an investigation is carried out, added the pressure.
Detective Inspector Dan Jarratt stated: "A younger woman has tragically misplaced her life and our thoughts are together with her family members and all those impacted by this horrible passing.&

"We know how surprising and distressing this shall be for the group and we'll proceed to have a police presence and supply our help in the area over the coming days.

"A suspect has been arrested and detectives are absolutely investigating the circumstances around this sad demise."
