A BOY has died after a TikTok craze went tragically flawed at a sleepover.
Tommie-Lee Billington, 11, was found unresponsive at a pal's home on Saturday.
The teenager was rushed to hospital round noon before being pronounced lifeless shortly after.
Tommie-Lee's heartbroken gran has since claimed he was killed trying a "TikTok challenge".
Devastated Tina Burns stated on Wednesday the craze had already killed two teenage girls.
Tina stated: "He died immediately after a sleepover at a good friend's house. The boys had tried the TikTok craze.
"Tommie-lee went into cardiac arrest instantly and died proper there and then.
"The hospital did every part to attempt to deliver him again but nothing labored. He was gone.
"He had a heart of gold identical to his dad. Our household is completely devastated."
Tommie's mum Sherri stated the development value her her son's life – as she begs mother and father not to let their youngsters have the social media app.
She posted on Facebook: "This value my son his life from making an attempt one thing other youngsters are doing.
"Please speak to your youngsters concerning the penalties of this.
"It's past me why anybody would even do this! It's so dangerous!"
The schoolboy, from Lancaster, was described because the "life and soul of any room".
Considered one of his educating assistants, Tina, has since warned other mother and father concerning the development.
Tina stated: "We don't need another youngsters to comply with TikTok or be on social media.
"In reality, we need to get TikTok taken down and no youngsters to be allowed on any social media underneath 16 years of age.
"That is breaking us all however we need to assist save other youngsters's lives and give households awareness to maintain their youngsters protected."
Lancashire Police have launched an investigation and are treating Tommie's dying as unexplained.
A police drive spokesman stated: "We have been referred to as by the ambulance service at 12:04pm on Saturday March 2 to an handle on Greenset Shut, Lancaster, to a report of a sudden demise.
"Emergency providers attended an tackle and found an 11-year-old boy unresponsive.
"Sadly he was later pronounced lifeless.
"The demise is at present being treated as unexplained and the coroner has been informed.
"A police investigation is ongoing and the boy's household are being supported by officers.
"Our thoughts are with the boy's loved ones at this extremely sad time.
"If anyone has any info they are requested to contact police."
TikTok has been approached for comment.
