AN Army teacher had sex with a teen recruit after he requested to take charge of female trainees, a courtroom martial heard.
Cpl Christopher Irwin, 31, had pastoral and welfare obligations at the Army Basis School.
He beforehand asked Prime Brass if he might "command the female section".
Irwin began a consensual relationship with the 16-year-old they usually had intercourse at his Oldham house.
He was interviewed by service cops after leaving the Harrogate school for the Parachute Regiment.
Through the probe, he's stated to have threatened to kill her sergeant's canine and joked he would "murder her" if she advised anyone that they had met.
The teen advised cops: "I'm so terrified of him — he doesn't care about rules."
Irwin admits a cost of sex with a toddler however denies intimidation.
The trial at Bulford Army Courtroom, Wilts, continues.
