According to a Thursday report from TMZ the exes have dropped the hefty price by $8M. That is a massive reduction and one that will likely hit their pocket book as they snapped up the massive home for $60,850,000 in May 2023. The site added that Ben had been pressuring the Unstoppable actress to drop the price because he wants it to sell.
